The Easiest Blueberry/Peach Cobbler


Filling:

2-20 oz cans of sliced peaches

2 small containers of blueberries

2 Tbsp cornstarch

-drain the peach juices and cut slices into more bite-size pieces

-mix together above ingredients


Topping:

One box of white cake mix(any brand)

One stick of butter

- melt butter and mix into whole box of cake mix until crumbly

-put on top of fruit mixture


use a 9x13 pan

bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or until a light golden color


This is one of the easiest desserts to make and is such a crowd pleaser for any Summer time party or potluck.

  1. So Scott...yes Scott made blueberry/strawberry with the white cake in honor of the 4th of July...it was so good! Can't wait to try other varieties!
