So, I had an old board just sitting in our storage, and for months I've been trying to think of something to do with it. I was looking on a website and saw a cool idea for an American Flag that was painted on an old board!!!! With Memorial Day just past and The 4th of July coming up, I thought this would be a fun use for the Board.
All I did was painted on the stars and stripes, sanded it down to make it look weathered then painted on watered down brown paint, wiped it off with a rag, and there you have it. This was fun and easy to do. I will have it hanging on the wall all Summer and hopefully I can come up with some more fun things to do for each season. If you have any ideas, please share!
