Blog Swap
I'm doing my very first blog swap today! I've never done one before and I am so honored to be a guest at Holly's blog, Life as a Thrifter. If you love all things thrifty, cheerful and just plain fun, you have to go visit her blog. You will love it. Tell her I sent you.
I would like to welcome Holly here at Make The Best Of What's Around. She has a super fun, and very frugal project to share with you today. Read along, enjoy, and then go visit Holly at Life as a Thrifter. Take it away Holly...
Hello! I'm Holly from Life as a Thrifter, and I am thrilled to be a guest on Make the Best of What's Around today! I'm a huge thrifter and love making something new out of something old. Today I'd like to share with you some cake stands I made entirely out of thrift finds.
Here's what I did:
I found 3 thrift plates . . .
and 3 old wooden candle holders (and such).
Then, simply glued them together.
So cheap and so easy!
A BIG thank you to Tanya for allowing me to share with you guys today! If you'd like to see more fun thrift ideas, pop on over to Life as a Thrifter!
Happy hunting, everyone!

ReplyDeleteTurned out so nice. I like the wood contrasting with the white plates.
