This pretty much speaks for itself! I've been a little uninspired lately...in a bit of a crafting slump. However, I just started a new project today and I have a few things saved up that I've found from thrift stores that need a makeover! So, I'm still here and sorry for the lack of creative posts. I often contemplate my childhood, Mom.
I am a mother now, and so I know
Hard work is mixed together with the fun;
You learned that when you raised me long ago.
I think of all the things you gave to me:
Sacrifice, devotion, love and tears,
Your heart, your mind, your energy and soul--
All these you spent on me throughout the years.
You loved me with a never-failing love
You gave me strength and sweet security,
And then you did the hardest thing of all:
You let me separate and set me free.
Every day, I try my best to be
A mother like the mom you were to me.

Thank you Mom for being the BEST Mom I could have asked for. Not only are you a great Mom, but a wonderful Grandma! We miss you every day. Happy Mother's day...I love you!

In a separate bowl, combine... 1 & 1/2 Cups Milk
1/3 Cup Applesauce
2 Tablespoons of Melted Butter
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
One Egg
Pour Wet Ingredients Over Dry Ingredients
Put all of the mixture into a 9x13 greased baking dish
Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 Cup Toasted Coconut over the mixture & bake at 375 degrees for approximately 30 min. It will be golden, bubbly and oh, so YUMMY!
